Pheasant Inn

An historic white walled pub that I could imagine being here long before any of the modern industrial or residential buildings surrounding it now. Clearly a successful locals pub with a snug with the TV on and books. Felt like someone's front room. Good atmosphere, like an old pub should be. Although 3 or 4 hand pumps on the bar all were empty. We were told to go to the Plough (Nottingham Brewery) if we wanted real ale!
